2:45 - I asked you a question a while back regarding maintaining strength post-surgery. The surgery is actually tomorrow and I’m getting curious about the effect it will have on my nervous system while recovering. I figure it will be a lot of stress on my body. Other than taking collagen supplements, is there something else I should consider taking to help my recovery? I know you went through knee surgery so I’d love to hear about your recovery experience.
